We complete most tasks between 9am and 5pm MST, Monday through Friday. However, our top-of-the-line ticketing system notifies us immediately of all new requests. If an urgent tasks comes up we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible. Urgent tasks do incur a 35% rush fee.

Yes. All of our monthly services will be billed at the beginning of each cycle. If you’d like to cancel your plan, you may do so by notifying us at support@wpsupportandmaintenance.com or by changing your plan within your account.
